New Mystic Towers , Adrien Lambert | Fantasy landscape, Fantasy inspiration, Fantasy artwork

"Mystic Towers" is my latest personal environment work, you may recognize these towers from the Mahabat-Maqbara palace in India, a beautiful piece of architecture with multiple influences such as neo gothic, indian, islamic... Wanted to give them an older and taller vibe than the originals, like if these high towers where only visited by birds. My main challenge here was to create the watch tower proceduraly in Houdini to have complete artistic control over placement of windows, doors, railings, etc..A fun little exercise that allowed me to dive deeper into proceduralism and that I may use as a tutorial material in a near future. For the render it was a great opportunity to try Vray for Houdini. And definitely happy to see some of my favourite nodes and features appearing into Houdini.
