The English name of Surah al-Kahf is “the cave”, it is the surah number 18 with only 110 verses that carries many stories and lessons for us. From this Surah, we learned that we must say In Sha Allah before doing anything, the story of the man who had two beautiful gardens, the people of the cave who had faith in Allah and asked for his protection, and the story of Dhul-Qarnayn. And here are hadiths about reciting Surah al-Kahf every Friday. Abu Saeed al-Khurdi narrated: “Whoever reads Surah al Kahf on the night of Jummah (Friday), will have a light that will stretch between him and the Ancient House (Kabah).” “Whoever reads Surah al Kahf on the day of Jummah (Friday) will have a light that will shine from him from one Friday to the next.” We must read and understand it
